We gladly offer a full refund of the purchase price if you return your item to us within 30 days of purchase. For a seamless return process, we kindly ask you to inspect your watch as soon as it arrives before removing any tags/factory tape or wearing it. Once the watch has been worn, sized, or the tags/factory tape has been removed, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept the returned item.
